About Me
I pride myself on cleaning to the highest standards using the best quality professional cleaning products and equipment. I am fully insured and DBS checked. I am happy to undertake all aspects of domestic cleaning including deep cleans and end of tenancy cleaning.
Prices
The minimum charge for a regular (weekly/fortnightly) clean is £40. Monthly cleans start at £195 and deep cleans start at £250. Prices include all professional cleaning products, equipment, insurance, etc. Prices are not negotiable and I do not price match.
Deposits and Payments
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure bookings for regular and one-off cleans. This is transferable to a different date if you need to change the day but is not refundable.
48 hours notice must be given if changing the day.
Full payment minus any deposit paid is required on the day of the clean. Payments can be made via bank transfer or cash left out on the day.
The remaining balance for End of Tenancy cleans is to be paid the night before the clean is due to be carried out.

If you require an invoice, please inform me prior to your clean being carried out.
CANCELLATIONS AND ILLNESS
If you need to cancel your clean, please let me know as soon as possible. Any cancellations within 24 hours of the clean will be charged at full price.
Failure to pay a cancellation fee means all other bookings that are made will be required to be paid upfront in full and this will be non-refundable.
If I turn up at the property and I am unable to gain access at the booked time slot, this will result in the full clean price being charged that will need to be paid on the day. I am unable to wait for access due to being on a timed schedule.
If anyone in your household is experiencing illness such as Novovirus, COVID-19, Vomiting and/or Diarrhoea please contact me ASAP to cancel and reschedule for a few days later. I will not attend cleans with vomiting or diarrhoea present.
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
If there is any aspect of our work that you are not happy with, please get in touch ASAP and within 24 hours of the clean and I will rectify as soon as I can. I do not provide refunds.
Before I Start Cleaning
I view the property to discuss your requirements and assess the amount of work involved. I will email you a quote detailing all cleaning to be carried out and a fixed price for the works.
On The Day
I respectfully request that the property is vacated for the duration of the clean. If you work from home, please stay in one room to enable me to complete my work efficiently.
I will do my best to clean under/ around large furniture, however, I am unable to move very heavy or large pieces of furniture such as wardrobes and sofas. If there is an item of furniture you would like cleaned under/ behind, you are welcome to move it out before the clean.
I am unable to clean properties where there is an infestation (e.g. rodents, fleas).
Confidentiality
All my work is confidential. I will not tell anyone I clean for you, nor will I discuss any aspect of my work for you with others.
Photos and Social Media
I may take before and after photos for customers but I will ask permission to use these on my social media accounts and will not reveal personal info including location.
